Hello, I have a D-JIX PVS 905-71 portable DVD player with a 9-inch screen. When I plug in my 64 GB SanDisk USB drive, the DVD player indicates "device not recognized."
I have already tried formatting my USB drive to NTFS, exFAT, and FAT32, but nothing works.
Thank you for your help :)

hi
In the FAQ:
Our DVD players are not designed to work with an external hard drive. You can simply connect a USB stick up to 8 or 16GB (according to the manual's indication).
And since there is nothing noted in the manual, I assume your USB stick is too large.
Try partitioning your USB stick to see if that works, but I doubt it.

I forgot to mention: the USB key was working a month ago, and after a period of non-use, it no longer works.
