Edenwood tv image issue

Hello to you,

I retrieved an Edenwood TV from my neighbors, it is 4K,

They told me it was broken, when I turn it on a very dark blue screen appears for 1 second with a noise and then the screen goes completely black but the TV is not turned off.

I have already tried the things I found on the internet like unplugging it, holding the power button for a certain number of seconds, and none of that works, I'm starting to think I need to dismantle it and replace a part.

Do you know what might be causing this?

    Hello @Black62 StatusMember.

    It could be a backlight issue, but from a distance it's hard to give you an accurate diagnosis; check with a technician.
