Tasks in the planner that deactivate themselves.

Good evening,
I am using a backup task in the task scheduler. It disables itself automatically.
In the history, I have this message: The user "Damaste" has disabled the task "\My tasks\Weekly Backup" in the Task Scheduler.
Does anyone have an explanation?
Best regards

Hello Zebulon97
This kind of issue is known when using the Avast antivirus in Gaming mode, also called "Do Not Disturb".
Check if you are using Avast or another antivirus and/or if you are using any "Do Not Disturb" mode on your machine.
Otherwise, you can try checking what’s happening in the Event Viewer of your Windows.
See you later
Hello Zebulon97
As mentioned in my response, this comes from the "Do Not Disturb" mode, also called "Gaming" mode...
You need to make sure that this mode is turned off in Avast and possibly in your other settings.
See you later
Good evening,
Thank you for your reply, I am indeed using Avast One as my antivirus.
How should I configure it to address this issue?
Best regards

This could be due to several reasons. Make sure the following elements are correctly configured:
1. In the task scheduler settings, check that the box "Stop the task if it runs longer than 3 days" is unchecked. If it is checked, the task may stop automatically.
2. Your backup task may be conflicting with another scheduled task. Check if other tasks are scheduled at the same time.
3. The Windows user you are using must have administrator rights. If not, the task may be disabled as it requires administrator rights.
4. If you are using the backup task with third-party software, something in the application may trigger the task to be disabled. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software in question.
5. Finally, it is possible that malware is disabling your task. Run a malware program to check.
Try these steps and see if it resolves your issue.
