HP 2620 printer light blinking

Hello,

I would like some help with my HP Deskjet 2620 printer. I just turned it back on after a year of not using it. I have changed the cartridges. It detects the cartridge levels and the printer is connected to the computer. However, on the printer, the cartridge button and the paper button are flashing. I tried to clean the cartridges using the HP software and it says the printer is busy, yet nothing is running. I hope you can help me. Thank you very much.

    Hello,

    You need to make sure that nothing is blocking the cart, like a piece of paper stuck in it, or make sure to insert the ink cartridges correctly in their respective slots.
