New hp deskjet 2620 printer

Hello,

after having problems with my EPSON I decided to buy a HP DESKJET 2620

I did everything that was required
waited for it to connect
looked for a driver from HP

it wasn’t working

I see it connected with documents but it does not print

I deleted and uninstalled the old one in case it was blocking
went to ctrl alt delete to see if any documents were stuck
on FB messages with HP who made me do a lot of manipulations and it still doesn't work

asked Auchan if it was compatible since I have Windows 7: YES

installed, reinstalled three times

removed the cable, blew into it, reconnected

lost two whole days searching, I am desperate I don't know what to do anymore

PLEASE can you help me, maybe I'm missing something

    Hello,

    In order:
    - Download the driver (but you probably still have the installation file)
    - Disconnect the printer from the PC.
    - Uninstall the driver.
    - Restart.
    - Install the driver.
    - Plug in and turn on the printer.

      Thank you, I did it 3 times
      Also, HP took control of my computer to reinstall it

      I'll give the explanations: I think I finally understood that it was because of the update I did on LibreOffice
      No worries, it scans and prints,
      HP sent me a message telling me to use Adobe
      I uploaded my documents there and I was able to print them

      Thank you for trying to give me solutions
      It still took me 3 days to understand

      Couldn't do a restore

      The technician from Auchan told me, "Why did you do this update when it was working fine?"
      Well, good question lol. Sometimes updates are not that great
