Hello,
Long-time Free customer for 15 years, equipped with a Freebox Révolution ADSL that works perfectly, my wish to switch to fiber with the Freebox Pop is blocked by an error message "Migration to the Freebox Pop offer temporarily unavailable" on my subscriber page for three weeks. The telephone support absolutely refuses the migration, forcing me to keep my Révolution even with the fiber installation. This situation is all the more frustrating as new subscribers can subscribe to fiber with the Pop, leaving me very disappointed and seriously considering changing operator.
