ILLUSTRATOR web export not working anymore.

Hello,

Since this morning, all the files I want to "save for the web," whether in JPG or PNG, are not working anymore; Illustrator closes by itself. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on? Thank you for your help.

    Have you checked that you have the latest version of Illustrator?
    If you had a Windows update, that could be the issue.

      I have CS6

      and Photoshop still works to save for the web!

    The CS6 is stable on W7 and W10
    On W11 no idea...

    Does it happen with all files or specific files?

      I have Windows 10

      And it does this with all the files

      I tried again with a file that had worked yesterday and it no longer works ☹️

        Try resetting Illustrator preferences
        Menu "Edit/Preferences/General" then Reset all warnings"

        Another reason why Illustrator crashes is that the image you are trying to save for the web is too large..
        Check with a small drawing...

    Hello,

    I haven't been home the last 2 days, I just did your tasks:

    1/ reset all the messages ---> it changes nothing

    2/ I tried with a very small file of 11KB ---> it changes nothing

    grrrrrrrr

    I'm really really bothered!

      Try uninstalling only Illustrator and reinstalling it..
      The export for the web opens another window without closing Illustrator which stays open behind..
      It is possible that there is a conflict in the display, the Ai driver for example.
