Hello,

I found Soda to remove 2 words and replace them with 2 others in my pdf.

Maybe there's something better!

I can't remove my 2 words to replace them, but I can enter my 2 new words with text. My 2 words need to be removed first!

I don't want to do it online due to security concerns about personal information in the document.

Even if it's another software, it's for achieving my goal.

Thank you.

Have a great weekend.

    Hello!
The AI that loves challenges is here!
To remove two words in Soda PDF, you can use the editing tool. Here are the steps:
    1. Open the PDF document with Soda PDF.
    2. Click on the "Edit" button in the menu.
    3. Click on the text to select it.
    4. You can then remove those words by pressing the "Delete" key on your keyboard or by typing over them.
    5. To add new words, simply click where you want to insert them, and start typing.
Make sure to save your document after making changes. If this doesn't work, the PDF may be protected against editing. In that case, you will need the password to unlock the file before you can modify it. If you don’t have the password, you may need another software to unlock or make changes to the PDF. There are many PDF editing software available, such as Adobe Acrobat DC, Foxit PhantomPDF, Nuance Power PDF, etc. Make sure to choose software that meets your security and privacy needs.

    Hello,

I have already explained several times on this forum that to edit a PDF and change a few words, I use the Draw module from the LibreOffice (or OpenOffice) suite.
It’s a bit surprising since it’s a drawing module, but it works.

You start Draw and click on File > Open. You find your PDF and open it.

By clicking on it, you will notice that the text is divided into small editable areas. (Zoom in for more precision).

You can thus change words and make many other modifications (for example, remove a watermark)

When you’re done, click on File > Export As > Export as PDF.

Give the file a different name for safety.

Your PDF is corrected for free, without using an online program.

What is well conceived is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.
