Hello,

I'm with Free, and for the past few weeks, I've been experiencing issues with the France 2 channel, which "freezes" regularly for several seconds.

I thought the problem was with my box or my player, but I noticed the same issue at my mother's place (who is also with Free) and on the same channel (we're separated by about ten kilometers).

Is this a problem related to France 2? To Free?

    Hello.

    Restart the Freebox Server (internet box) and then, once it has restarted and is operational, restart the FreeboxTV box.

    If it's the same contact Free as they alone will be able to answer this question accurately.
