Hello,
I have an Easterntimes mouse, model D-09 with programmable side buttons.
Having changed my PC and not being able to find the software/driver for my mouse, I can't program its buttons.
The mouse is from the brand ET Easterntimes Tech. Model D-09.
I searched the Internet but couldn't find anything...
Do you know where I could find the software to program this mouse?
Thank you very much for your help.

Hello,
Read the full article... https://www.leproton.com/2016/05/testee-et-approuvee-tous-systemes.html
Excerpt : "The mouse comes without its battery, a model R6 (AA) that you will need to get to operate your new 'toy', the transmitter (under 2.4 GHz) is located under the mouse in a designated compartment, remove and plug it into the USB port of your PC running Windows, Mac, or Mini under Linux, everything works without a driver!"
Hello,
Thank you for your prompt response.
However:

Commissioning
The commissioning is very straightforward, insert the battery and connect the transmitter
to the USB port of your computer.
The setup occurs immediately under Windows (Vista and 10 tested)
You also have access to all the settings to fine-tune the use of your new device.

I saw the possible settings but nothing about the buttons on the side...
Thank you for your follow-up.
Hello,
Panth33ra only read halfway, there is indeed a software to control the side buttons, it can be found if it is still on the manufacturer's website.

Hello,
Thank you for the link.
Several drivers are offered, but which one should I choose?
None indicate D-09, which represents my mouse.
Thank you for your help.
Hello,
I have no idea other than to try successively; some comments describe that their authors have never been able to find the software exactly suited to their mouse, but in my opinion, there is no other solution than to try to find it on the website where it is not proven to still be available.
These manufacturers of cheap goods are not known for excelling in support.
Hello,
I will follow your advice and test them.
I will keep you updated on whether it’s a success or not.
Hello,
I tested all the drivers provided on the site but none of them worked...
The solution lies elsewhere...
Hello,
This is a low-cost Chinese product sold under at least 3 different "brand" names, usually on low-cost websites, and it is uncertain whether it is still being manufactured: good luck finding the original software...
The same question was asked on an English forum where the proposed solution involved third-party software and was confirmed by the author:

Hello,
I tried to set it to French but the "French" option is missing from the list of available languages even when downloading the file.
After several attempts at manipulation, I still managed to get it in French.
Thank you so much for your help. I don’t know how you did it because you found the solution for me in no time while I had been struggling for several days...
I am not a fakir, you just need to look up in rosbif that you don't like the question (not about drivers but about the side buttons) on your model or its little brothers from other brands, I can’t remember.
By digging a bit, we find a contributor who suggests as a solution the only name of the famous software.
Just need to go get it.
