Access my Freebox Revolution more easily from the office.

Greetings to you,
The situation:
I have a Freebox Révolution and I changed my PC a few days ago, with Windows 11 already installed (I had an upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on my old PC). I use my box to download via Torrent with the pre-installed software in the box "Freebox OS 4.8". I have internet access. I can access "Freebox OS 4.8" from my browser.
But I no longer have access to the downloads folder when I go through Windows File Explorer. So, where I used to just copy/paste into the folder to retrieve my files, I now have to go through "Freebox OS 4.8" and redownload my files in the browser (and I can only do it file by file and not by folder). When I click on

I have

The only thing I changed were my DNS on my computer, to match those of my box which I had already modified when I used my old PC (IPv4: 9.9.9.9 / 9.9.9.10 IPv6: 2620:fe::9 / 2620:fe::10) and of course I didn't have this issue on the old PC.
I hope I was precise enough, the goal is to be able to return to my box folders through Explorer without having to revert to my ISP’s DNS.
Thank you.

Hello,
let's start from the beginning: how did you set up file sharing on the box, particularly Windows sharing:
Then, in the explorer, go to "This PC" and connect a network drive (right-click on the three dots at the top), you can also do it by adding a network location. If it already exists on freebox_server, disconnect it (right-click), check "Connect using different credentials":
Hello,
Without the box's DNS, FREEBOX_SERVER is an unknown name. Try using the box's address \\192.168.0.254 or 0.1 or 1.1 or 1.254
!EDIT! My issue is not resolved!!
Hello to you and thank you for your response.
Two things, I did not understand your message, but I resolved the problem ^^ NO
Not having understood what you were asking me, I tried to open the addresses you provided from the explorer, with no result. Then I tested in my browser (even if that is not what I was looking for, but to see if that was your request), also with no result. Then I reset my DNS in the box and retried the above steps, still with no result. So I restarted my computer to perform the same actions and I came across this
Hello,
I encountered the same problem on W11 (Pro) on a new PC.

-------------

I couldn't connect to the Freebox network drive.
* Enable network discovery
*Network (Ethernet or Wifi):
Settings -► Network and Internet (click on Ethernet or Wifi or at the top on Properties) choose private network

* Enable Windows advanced sharing:
Settings -► Network and Internet -► Advanced network settings -► Advanced sharing settings (Enabled).

*Enable SMB V2 (in Freebox OS or http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/)
Log in to Freebox OS -► Freebox settings -► Advanced mode
Section -► File sharing -► Windows sharing
check the box -► Enable SMB2/SMB3
check the box -► Enable file sharing
check the box -► Authenticated access
user -► Freebox
Password -► this is the password for Freebox OS or http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/
Click OK.

Or in Windows features:
control panel by pressing Windows + R and typing control -► Programs -► Programs and Features
Left menu -► Turn Windows features on or off
scroll down to the line -►SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support
check the 3 boxes then click OK (at the bottom right) then Windows message says it has made the changes, restart the PC
For some obscure reason, I can no longer access my [EDIT], so I'm adding it here:
I tested by reactivating the original DNS (IPv4 and IPv6)

to see if that was really the issue (since it was the only thing I changed before the problem appeared), but in the end it didn't solve my problem; I think the change of my DNS and the fact that my access to

has disappeared was just a coincidence...
So I go back to my problem:
"But I no longer have access to the downloads folder when I go through the Windows File Explorer. So, where I should have simply copied/pasted in the folder to recover my files, I now have to go through "Freebox OS 4.8" and redownload my files in the browser (and I can only do that file by file and not folder by folder. When I click on

A big thank you to you.
So when I arrived at the Windows sharing (first image), I noticed that "Authenticated Access" was not checked.
Since in your screenshot it is checked, I thought that the problem might come from there. I set up the ID and the password. I tested it and miracle.
It always drives me crazy when this kind of issue that lasts for days is resolved so easily ^^
Thanks again to you.
:-)
The thing is that Windows had rules about access to network shares, which it had made too permissive at one time, and since Windows 10/11, it has been increasingly adhering to rules that should never have been abandoned. Fortunately, the Freebox remained compliant; user accounts on shares have always existed. It's a shame to have tried to give the impression that they could be done without.
