Compte Leboncoin bloqué

Bonjour mon compte Leboncoin a été bloqué hier, seulement 4h après sa création et je voulais savoir ce que je pouvais faire pour le récupérer. J'ai contacté l'assistance et je n'ai pas eu de réponse (mais je m'impatiente peut-être un peu). 

De plus, j'ai effectué un achat de 40 €, déjà débités, et je voulais savoir comment ça se passait, si malgré le blocage du compte j'aurais les informations pour récupérer le colis. (Ça explique un peu mon impatience mentionnée plus haut). Si vous avez connaissances de cas similaires au mien je serais reconnaissant de savoir ce qu'ils on fait.

There's nothing you can do except wait if the request has been made to their services.

Only Leboncoin has the ability to unblock it.

Why might my account be blocked?

Are you sure it was indeed the le bon coin site?

Your unfortunate experience is strange; LBC doesn’t block accounts like that unless there is a good reason (such as attempted fraud, for example).

Hello, first of all thank you for your reply, I did everything on their app, and for the blocking they notified me by email without explaining, and when I try to reconnect they tell me they had to block it due to suspicious activity. I imagine it was a mistake, but it's a bit annoying regarding my purchase.
