JBL 500 BT one-sided issue.

Hello

I have a huge problem at the beginning of this year 2020
I recently bought a JBL 500 BT Bluetooth headset. I started using it on 12/25. So far, everything was fine. No issues, no drops, everything was WORKING PERFECTLY. With the intention of using it tonight, I decided to charge it using the USB cable provided for this purpose by plugging it into my laptop.
I left it to charge a bit (not until the battery was full), then I took it off, and a few hours later (now lol), I turn it back on, and... The right earphone is not working! The problem isn't my phone: I tested it with my tablet, on YouTube, with MP3 files, it doesn't change anything, and when I turn it on, the sound it makes when it connects to my phone only comes from the left earphone... Disabling AdaptSound or anything else doesn't change anything at this level either.
Knowing that the USB port is on the right earphone (the one that's not working), could it be related to the charging?... Out of desperation, I reconnected it to charge, exactly as before, and I'm going to wait until it's fully charged...

PLEASE, HELP ME ????

I think I found a solution.
My headset was doing the same thing, but with the left earpiece.
I was desperate and turned the volume on my phone all the way up.
It made the sound that indicates it's at maximum, and I realized that my second earpiece was working. I then lowered the volume and found that it was working again.

Same problem, my JBL500BT headset was not working on the right side, returned under warranty without success. I eventually took apart the right side and discovered that 2 small springs were used to make the connection between the headset speaker and the circuit board. One of the 2 springs was too short and the connection was not good. I loosened both springs a bit so that they were the same length, and the headset works again!
