LeBonCoin Messaging Issue

Hello,
I confirm the issue with the LeBoncoin messaging system, and this problem concerns an unknown number of members. No one at LeBoncoin seems to be able or willing to provide a satisfactory answer...
The problem has persisted for several months as far as I'm concerned.
I even deleted my account last September and created another one a month later hoping to resolve the issue... To no avail, it continues!!!
I send messages to various sellers who do not seem to receive them...
Likewise, in the other direction, I do not receive any messages from buyers interested in my listings....
My account has never been blocked by anyone, or at least I haven't received any message indicating that.
I am not in the habit of speaking nonsense and I am always very respectful in my messages with all my correspondents, and I see no reason for being blacklisted!
I was able to verify all this by asking several of my acquaintances to respond to a listing I have online, and unfortunately, no messages have arrived from them!
Similarly, I used the reservation service to make a purchase with a credit card payment on LeBoncoin. LeBoncoin informs me that the purchase has been validated, but again no communication is possible with the seller afterwards...
Since most sellers do not provide their phone number in their listings, it is impossible to carry out or continue the transaction via SMS!
I contacted LeBoncoin's customer service, which responded that they would take care of these issues, but nothing has been resolved since...
It seems that the messages remain stored on LeBoncoin's messaging servers but are not always delivered to their recipients.
