Leboncoin connection issue

Hello,

I can't log into my Leboncoin account, I know my email and password, but once I get past that step, a verification code is sent to my phone, except it's to my old number. So I can't get the verification code. I then tried to create a new account with a new email address, everything goes fine until I'm asked for my phone number, so I enter the one I currently have, but it tells me that it's already associated with an account.. So I can't log into an account and I can't create a new one.

Can you please help me, thank you.
