Google Chrome home page opening twice

Hello,

When I click on my browser CHROME, two tabs open side by side, nothing annoying for browsing, but still !!!!!!!!!!

Thanks in advance for your help

Configuration: Windows Vista / Chrome 24.0.1312.57

You need to go to the 3 small bars at the top right, click on them, and go to settings. Then choose in startup: Open a specific page or set of pages, and next to it, it says set of pages, and you choose
There you go.
