DVD drawer that won't open on my recorder

Problem with my Samsung SH893 recording player.

It's impossible to eject CDs or DVDs because the drawer won't open at all.

I checked the belt and everything is fine.

What do you think?

        Hello, the electronic components of this equipment inevitably oxidize either in use or while stored in a closet. Suppliers no longer take care of maintenance, and neither a repairman nor yourself can source parts, so the cycle is complete.
