Hello,
I am no longer benefiting from the correction assistance in Word, as every time I try, I am told that "Your organization’s administrator has disabled the service required to use this experience," yet I am indeed the administrator. I am on a Mac, so I don't know what to do.

However, you posted in the Office/Excel forum a question about Word!
You should ask it either in the Office/Word forum or in the Hardware & System/MacOS forum.

I only tested Office for Mac a long time ago, and I do not have any particular expertise in it.
The message indicates that the corresponding online functionality is not available, so it is more likely under Office 365.
Either the license is not activated, or user experience connected features have been disabled in the privacy options-privacy settings, or the corresponding service is not enabled or is blocked by third-party security software, or there is no Internet connection.
