Canon IR 400 if affiche fermé capot arrière c'est fermé

Bonsoir.
Le film de mon imprimante canon IR 400 if était défectueux donc j'ai monté un nouveau film et depuis elle affiche : veiller fermé le capot arrière pourtant c'est bien ferme et si je suis les instructions elle affiche bourrage veiller ouvrir le capot devant pour enlever le papier coincé la aussi il n'y a aucun papier
Que faire j'ai urgemment besoin d'imprimer
