Issue with returning to the merchant site after payment confirmation

Hello,

For a few months now, every time I make a purchase online from my mobile phone, I have to confirm the payment with my bank. I open the notification that launches my banking app, I confirm and close it when the transaction is approved, and the app tells me that it's done. But when I return to the merchant's page that I had left while it was waiting for my bank validation, I find myself back at my cart, needing to validate again, with account numbers to enter, etc...

The digital key is validated - but the order is not placed.

Last week: a new problem discovered during

two-factor authentication for a secure address.

After entering my password, I'm asked to retrieve the 5-digit code from an email. I go to my emails, and when I try to return to the site that is waiting for the verification code... the page refreshes immediately (when using Firefox) - or it freezes (when I try on Chrome).

I tried to find a solution online:

1 - tried switching from Chrome/Google to Firefox: failed

2 - allowed apps through the phone settings to open in the background... failed

I have absolutely no idea what's going wrong.

Would a kind soul please help me????

Hello,

The problem may be in the way you return to the merchant site.

On a computer, I don't do anything; the return to the merchant site happens on its own.

On a smartphone, I would use the icon that allows me to access open apps to find the merchant site's page in the state I left it before authentication.

What is well conceived is clearly stated,
