Very slow download speed PS5

Hello,

I'm surprised by the download speed on my PS5, using ethernet.

Ethernet cable changed, Cat 8.1

I have fiber optic, and a speed test on a PC via ethernet on the same cable, at the same wall ethernet socket, gives a download of 936Mbps and an upload of 922Mbps.

Downloading a 100GB game shows 25 hours (increasing as I write). No other device connected at the same time via Wi-Fi or ethernet in the house.

A test of a 20GB file from a PC via ethernet indicates a time of less than 15 minutes.

On the console, from the settings, "Test internet connection speed" gives

Download: 10.0 Mb/s
Upload: 16.5 Mb/s

Same result when changing the primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google) and secondary DNS to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare).

No proxy.
NAT type 2

SFR box settings
Fixed IPv4 on the local network for the PS5
Port forwarding enabled for the PS5 (see screenshot).

Same result (25 hours) when disabling the rules on the box.

Is this "normal"? I don't see how to improve this download speed.
