PS5 Sync Data Issues

Hello, I have an issue regarding the data synchronization of a game. I have a PS+ subscription and the sync data is enabled. Basically, on Saturday, I played on my PS5 console. On Sunday, I played on another console, still using my account. I made sure to synchronize the data from Saturday before playing to see if it worked. This morning, when I got home, I only retrieved the data from Saturday and not all my progress from Sunday.

Do you think my Sunday saves are lost? Or are they still stored locally on the other PS5? It would be really annoying to have lost everything. Thank you for your responses.

    Hello,

    I have the impression that the data has not been synchronized with your PS5.

    If your progress from Sunday has been saved in the cloud, go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings > Saved Data (PS5) > Download or delete from cloud storage > (Game Name) > Download.

    If the data has not been saved, log back into the other PS5 when possible and go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings > Saved Data (PS5) > Upload or delete from console storage > (Game Name) > Download from cloud. Then repeat the step to download the save on your console.
