Hello,

I had an issue with my phone, the message says no SIM card detected.

I managed to open the tray with the small tool provided, but I made a mistake and the SIM card fell into the phone, and a piece of the tray broke when I tried to remove the tray where the SIM card was.

What should I do to retrieve it because I can't manage it and I can no longer put the SIM card tray back.

    Hello,

    Surely by disassembling the phone.

    Otherwise (an untested idea…) with a very powerful vacuum cleaner to check then.
