Hello,
A TV is not like a PC where you can install drivers. A USB WiFi stick for TVs does exist, but often it's a specific component sold by the television manufacturer. So your stick will only work if it explicitly states in its specifications that it's compatible with Samsung TVs, and that your TV has such a feature. Check in its documentation.
