Hello,
I have a new PC that cannot connect to a WD MyCloud Home network drive, to which all my other devices are well connected, including two old W11 PCs, a phone and Android tablet, TCL TV, etc...
On this new W11pro PC, a Beelink SER 9 with AMD Ryzen AI9 HX370, the explorer correctly shows the name of the drive in the Network tab, but when I click on it, I get the error code 0x80070035: "Windows cannot access //MYCLOUD-xxx... The network path was not found."
The troubleshooter finds no problems... and yet the issue persists!
I have spent hours looking up various help without success. Some help sites indicate 13 possible causes for this error message! The suggested actions have been ineffective or beyond my capabilities.
I switched my network to "private" mode and gave all the permissions I could find.
Do you have any idea what remedy to apply?

Hello,
We need to check if the NAS requires SMB V1, which is now disabled in Windows. https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-35370397-je-ne-vois-plus-ma-freebox#1

Hello.
If you know how, get the IP addresses of the PC and the WD HDD and ping them. If that works, then the problem only comes from Windows permissions.
