Hello,

I just bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max and I think I made a big mistake. I'm not too bad with anything related to computers and phones, but now I'm completely lost.

I have updated and I have the latest version of the software.

I can't find how to choose whether I want the contacts to be listed with the first name or the last name first. When I go to settings and then to contacts, I see the lists, but I have no options to choose from.

The photos of my contacts do not appear in the list; I only see them if I click on them.

I can't find how to put a contact on the home screen. I've watched tutorials. I go to shortcuts, but I don't have "call", I only have "messages."

And this only concerns the contacts. If I manage to solve this problem, I will come back to you with more questions.

Hello,

Have you tried asking Siri to sort them by last name or first name first?

But on mine, either you have to put the Last name in the First name field and vice versa to get your desired contacts.
