PSP 11.0 to TPM 2.0
Winux -
Hello everyone, I'm facing a big problem, I have an Asus TUF Gaming B550-Plus motherboard, recently I downloaded LoL but the warning message regarding TPM 2.0 popped up, indeed in device management I am under PSP 11.0, so I proceeded as follows -> BIOS -> advanced settings -> AMD fTPM configuration -> fTPM firmware + enabled -> saved + exited. But nothing changes, no TPM 2.0

(BIOS up to date version 3611) (Windows up to date)

It is normal for you to have the psp in the device manager.
However, you should also have the Trusted Platform Module 2.0.
Windows doesn’t seem to be able to find it, which is confusing since the settings should be correct in your BIOS.
You need to contact Asus support; I’ve dealt with them before and they were very responsive.

Ok, so you’re indeed in UEFI, do you have Windows 11? Have you also enabled secure boot? And when you go back into the BIOS, is the fTPM still enabled?
In the control panel, if you go to:
Control Panel\System and Security\BitLocker Drive Encryption
And then in "TPM Management" at the bottom left, do you have confirmation that TPM 2.0 is enabled?

If everything is properly configured in Windows, the fault is not yours but the game's; you should then check with the game's community forum or the technical support blog.
It may also be that you have configuration documents for the game that did not account for the change, and you need to delete them so that upon relaunching the game, the file is recreated with the correct properties applied to avoid this error.

After verification
I am indeed in UEFI
I have Windows 11
The fTPM is still enabled when I go back into the BIOS, but still on PSP 11.0 in the device management
And in the TPM administration, I have the message "compatible secure platform module not found"

Hello
How was Windows installed? Is it a crack?
For your information, enabling TPM 2.0 in the BIOS merely initiates encryption that is managed by the processor, which must therefore be compatible; additionally, the platform must be natively UEFI.

I bought Windows 11 on Instant Gaming for an amount of 30€.
No idea if it's compatible or not? It's a Ryzen 7 5800X, how?
I know I'm in UEFI but native UEFI? No idea, how can I check?
You can get a valid Windows 11 Pro license for just a few cents from the gray market on Rakuten or Cdiscount, and then install the latest official version of the Windows installer completely legitimately and for free using the Windows Media Tool from the Microsoft website, or as an ISO image with Rufus or another software for a bootable USB drive with at least 8GB.
Basically, a Sandisk Ultra USB drive (a classic) for under €10 and a license for a few cents to validate Windows during or after its installation.
No idea, you just used a method that's not very clever, because if you really want to pay Windows its true price, it's around €110 if I remember correctly for the family version; all the other unofficial pre-installed solutions are not very recommendable, and if you want a reduced price, it's better to use the cheapest and least risky method I described earlier.
