Hello, I don’t know how to send messages to a friend anymore. Apparently, it’s because she’s not on Facebook, but this has been going on since May. Before that, it worked. Thank you all, I spoke with her son and we will find a solution. She changed her account but didn't tell me and forgot this fact because of her age. Thank you all for replying to me. I will come back to mark it as resolved when I have connection with this friend again... Have a good evening!

Make sure that the person you are replying to has not deactivated or deleted their account.

Well, the message is clear, on Facebook they don't understand anything like you, with them you’re not friends, it’s written.
-A real friend, you both test Facebook to see who responds, it’s not Messenger as the title says.
