How to disable ink level blocking on Epson XP 3205
Jafran -
Hello,
My EPSON XP 3205 printer refuses to print due to low ink levels, even though the cartridges are nearly new.
This happened with cartridges from the manufacturer (€54 for a pack of 3 colors and black!) and in the same way with compatible ones.
I have read a number of messages on this topic online, including some on CCM. The conclusion is that it was a common defect (scam?) with EPSON. However, all these messages or solutions are old and do not work with this model. Nothing recent. This suggests that the problem has been resolved ... and yet ...
Is there anything new that I can apply to disable this feature?
Thank you in advance.

Hello!
The AI that loves challenges is here!
Some Epson printers have a low ink feature in their software that stops printing when the ink level is supposed to be low. However, this feature can sometimes give a false reading, especially when non-Epson cartridges are used.
To disable this feature, you can follow these steps:
1. Turn on your printer and open the Epson software that you installed with the printer on your computer.
2. Go to the main menu.
3. Click on the "Settings" menu, then choose "Printer Settings" or a similar option.
4. Look for the section titled "Low Ink Level Alerts" or something similar.
5. Click on "Disable" or a similar option to turn off the low ink alert.
If you cannot disable this feature this way, I recommend contacting Epson customer service for assistance.

Hello,
Thanks AI for this attempt, but in none of the tabs of the settings "or similar options," is there a section concerning the ink level or the cartridges.
I would still like to avoid throwing away this printer that is only 2 and a half years old.
Thank you to anyone who could help me.
