Hello,
my Epson Stylus SX115 printer tells me that one of the cartridges is empty, but I don’t know how to know which one I need to replace. my old computer (under Windows XP I think) indicated the cartridge levels and which one was empty. on this one I can’t even find the printer (maybe I’m misconfigured?) but when there is ink I can print.
thanks for your answers.
Configuration: Windows 8 / Firefox 19.0

      Hello;

      Thank you for replying and glad that everything is working well now, and a bit surprised that this manipulation is hidden or ignored by Epson
      Cheers

    Hello;

    If I’m not mistaken, this function is no longer available on Windows 7 and newer versions because it is installed with the CD provided with the printer
    What you can still do and try (??) if you still have the installation CD is to install only this module following the instructions in this link (see bottom of page > Installation Status monitor) > > To try, depending on the result)

    Regarding the configuration of this printer with Windows 8, the drivers are by default recognized by the system when the printer is connected (See Epson)
