The KB5045991 update stops at 20 percent installation followed by the error (0x80073701) + the indication that the PC does not have important quality and security fixes. I have tried the methods I know with (cmd) but the problem persists. Thank you for your help. I have a desktop PC running Windows 10 version 22H2. THANK YOU

Perform a Windows 10 repair without data loss (everything is preserved), despite what is indicated on the screens it is indeed a repair not a Windows installation.

Go to this page and click on Download now.

Open the tool and do as indicated below:

Be sure to check as shown in the picture.
