Unable to uninstall Microsoft 365

Hello tinkers,
Is there anyone among you who could help me?
Microsoft 365; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. are not working anymore. I've tried every method that Microsoft offers to reset the program.
Nothing... oblivion.
What do you suggest I do to get out of this Gordian knot?
Thank you for your help.
Thank you all.

Hello albvdb
You don't specify whether your Office 365 is a Family or Pro version!
You can perform a complete uninstallation (including remnants) with a free and comprehensive uninstaller like Bulk Crap Uninstaller
See you later

Hello,
By reset, I understand putting back into operation and not uninstalling. As this package operates on a subscription basis, only Microsoft can restore its functionality, as CCM representatives do not have access (and for good reason) to the server managing paid access.
Otherwise, an uninstaller like the one offered by Super Mario or a product like Revo Uninstaller (in advanced mode) should be suitable.

Hello,
I really don't know what to understand by reset and whether "repair" necessarily involves uninstallation.
Office is as sticky as Captain Haddock's adhesive tape, Microsoft has a specific tool for that.

Hello Brucine,
I managed to reset Microsoft 365 Office, though it was quite difficult.
Thank you for your recommendations.
One problem still persists regarding this issue...
I have to run these programs as an administrator each time via the startup screen.
So, I assume these programs only work through the internet.
Can you respond to me on this point?
In my opinion, once you buy a product, you should be able to use it as you wish?
Thank you for your help.
Hello,
I don't use 365, which is rented and not purchased and works only with a Microsoft account.
I don't really see the connection with an admin account unless 365 has been installed on a user account and only on that account, in which case elevation is systematically requested.
I suppose you can always bypass these requests in each shortcut, properties, shortcut, advanced, run as administrator.

Thank you for your help.
The problem is resolved.
What I did:
Ctrl + click on the appropriate icon, a message asks if you want to start the programs in safe mode. Click OK and that's it.
