Hello everyone,

I just got a Samsung SE 20 and I have a message * 86 with a little recording icon that appeared, I can't delete it and when I check it says that I cannot access my voicemail?

Can someone help me delete this notification and explain what's going on?

Thank you to all who will respond, best regards.

Thank you for your response, but to me it’s like Hebrew ????

How can I see if it’s coded in the phone settings?

Thank you, have a good evening kind regards.

The phone may have a default voicemail call number that can be incorrect; it is usually linked to the carrier, not the phone brand, but even if that were the case, the voicemail does not activate by itself.

There is definitely a voicemail application installed on this phone, and the call number depends on the carrier.

I no longer have a Samsung and I don't know where this application can be deactivated; it doesn't seem to make much sense to me, as even in its absence, any phone has a number to retrieve missed messages.

      Hello,

This is the call code for Verizon voicemail for missed messages, remaining to know if we live on the east side of the Atlantic what we would have to do with Verizon.

It may have been coded by mistake in the phone's settings?
