Hello,

The MAC address is theoretically linked to the hardware and the Wi-Fi connection SSID and cannot be changed.

Chromecast devices take on a new random MAC address with each new connection.

On some Google TV Chromecast models, there is an option in the settings to disable this random address and thus obtain a fixed address, but to my knowledge, it does not allow for choosing a fixed MAC address of your choice.
