Where to find the driver for Epson XP-2205

Hello, I bought an Epson XP-2205 printer this morning and everything is fine so far. I am installing it, but it detects it as an Epson XP 2200?! I want to clarify that I had no printer before… My question is where can I find the free driver in French? Is the driver the same for both the XP 2205 and the XP 2200?! Thank you for your feedback.

      Thank you for your quick reply ;) Where can I find the driver? I can't print and the icons are flashing orange regarding paper, even though everything is okay. And why does the printer appear as the default on my computer?! Thank you.

    Which lights are flashing?

    Is this printer new or used?

    It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

      Hello, I bought a second-hand Epson printer this morning and the previous owner changed the password. Is it possible to reset it myself or do I have to take it back to the store? Thank you in advance ☺️

      What password?
      Unless I'm mistaken, the only password to use to connect your printer is the Wi-Fi key from your router.

    you first need to install the driver(s), the software will display the procedure based on the choices made (wifi/usb)

        Hello,

        Epson printers and other brands require that the software (and not just the drivers if you want to scan, and not only the driver's recognition by Windows outside of scanning) in question (Product Setup), available at the link from Redbart in <3>, must be installed before even connecting the printer, which this software will prompt for at the right time.

    Thank you for your response. In fact, when I try to connect the printer, it asks me to enter the printer password that is on the printer's label (see photo). When I enter it, it indicates that the password is incorrect and has probably been changed. However, since I am the second-hand buyer, I cannot modify it myself.

      It's a serial number, not a password...

      Under the printer, are you sure that's what they're asking you? When do they ask you that?
