Hello,
I will try to guide you, follow this guide:
Install the Elgato 4K X
Here's how to set them up correctly:- Connecting HDMI cables:
Console/Gaming PC → Capture card: Connect one of the HDMI cables (8K or the one provided) from your console or gaming PC to the HDMI input (HDMI IN) of the Elgato box.
Capture card → Screen: Use another HDMI cable to connect the HDMI output (HDMI OUT) of the Elgato to your screen (TV or monitor).
Connection to PC: Plug the Elgato box into your PC using a USB cable to transfer video data (Elgato boxes often use a USB 3.0 cable for high-resolution capture).
Video capture software:Download and install the Elgato Game Capture software on your laptop or desktop PC (you can choose the one with the best specifications, probably your Acer Nitro 50 desktop).
Once the software is installed, make sure the capture card is detected and properly configured. Go to settings to ensure that the resolution is set to 4K (or another resolution based on your needs) and that the frame rate corresponds to that of your game (60 FPS preferably for smooth rendering).
- Optimizing settings on PC
Your desktop PC is quite well-equipped, with an Intel Core i5 processor and 16 GB of RAM, which is sufficient for capturing and editing videos in 1080p or 4K.Capturing video game footage
- Set up capture settings in Elgato Game Capture
Capture resolution: Choose a suitable resolution. If your game is in 4K, you can capture it in 4K, but this takes a lot of disk space and resources. If you want to create videos that are easier to edit, capture in 1080p at 60 FPS.
Frame rate: Go for 60 FPS for smooth videos, especially if you're playing fast-action games.
Audio: Ensure that the game sound and your voice are well captured. To do this, check the settings in the audio section of the software.
- Capturing your game:
Launch your game and make sure it displays correctly on the screen via your Elgato.
Start the capture from the Elgato Game Capture software. You should see a preview of the game in the software interface, and you can begin recording when you are ready.Once the video is recorded, all that's left is to edit it with dedicated software, and then post it on YouTube.

Sorry for getting back to you only now! In any case, thank you for all this information that I've been looking for for a while... Hehe..., For the editing software (compatible with the 4K video format), I was thinking about Adobe Premiere Pro?
After that, there are definitely others that support this video format, but... I can't think of which ones??
Hoping to hear back from you :). Have a great day everyone!!

Hello,
Adobe Premiere Pro is indeed an excellent choice for editing 4K videos, widely used by professionals for its robustness, compatibility with various formats, and integration with other tools.
There are other perhaps less expensive options like CyberLink PowerDirector, but they are less powerful.
Very happy to have helped!
