Towa TS-1000 Cash Register Issues

Hello,
I recently have a problem with the cash register in my restaurant. It turns on normally, but all the menus, all the drinks (etc.) have disappeared. One of the employees may have mistakenly formatted the cash register's storage, but he doesn't know how he did it. Is there any way to recover my data? I'm not very skilled with anything related to computers, and I don't know if I should buy a new cash register.
I hope to get your responses quickly, because I have to do my accounting by hand and it's not very convenient.

      As I said further down, I don't really know your hardware or software. But if you're really out of solutions and we're your last chance, see what a system restore does. Is it running on a Windows?

      To format it, it requires accidental manipulations, and you wouldn't have anything at all. Whereas if it's just a wrong manipulation, restoring it might be able to recover it (without promising anything).

    It happens to us sometimes. The hostesses close the software to browse the net and then shout SOS when a client shows up.

      Expert, I don't know, but we use checkouts in my work (but it's our software, and we know it). Yes, yes, they are receptionists.

      If the person really crashed it, we will indeed need to call support. They are the only ones who know their software.

      Hello, our machine does not have internet access (or, at least, we do not use it). Everything disappeared while one of our servers was using the machine, not after a software restart.

      Okay, but since ... what does the software give after restarting it?
      The Internet was just an example (for my cash registers). They close the software but do not restart it. Of course it won't work.
