End of WhatsApp video call
Anonymous user -
Hello,
Hello,
Hello,
Often with WhatsApp I have to make video calls but in silent mode, so we just need to mute the microphone when the video call begins. However, at the moment of ending the call (red button), there is always a fairly loud sound, a sort of gloop. But both on my phone and on the correspondents' phones. So it seems to be part of WhatsApp. I have tried to search online and in the app settings... to no avail. I deduce that this sound is part of WhatsApp and cannot be modified.
If anyone knows about this small problem and has found a solution, I would be happy.
Hello
I often make video calls on WhatsApp in silent mode by simply muting the microphone when I’m on the line.
However, at the end of each communication, when I click the red button to end the call, there is always a fairly loud sound that resembles a gloop.
I have done some research online, in forums, in the WhatsApp settings, I have tried to minimize all the sound settings on my phone. To no avail...
If anyone knows about this little inconvenience and even better, has managed to remove this end-of-call sound, I am interested.
I specify that the problem is in the WhatsApp system since my correspondents hear this noise as well.
Thank you in advance for your responses.

Currently, there is no way to disable the end call sound on WhatsApp. This sound is an integral part of the application and cannot be adjusted by users. It's a feature designed by WhatsApp to indicate the end of a call, and unfortunately, it cannot be modified. Therefore, it is completely normal for your contacts to hear this sound as well.
