    Hello

    Audacity does this very well, and it's free

    you launch the video, you record the sound that goes through the PC and you output an mp3 file
    do a little test first to adjust the recording level, there is a bar graph to help you not saturate

      I don't do it like that, I open Audacity, with YouTube open ready to start the video, I start the recording and I launch the video, and I stop the recording when it's finished

      This requires staying close by, but it works

      I just saw that the video lasts two hours, I don't know if Audacity can record that long.
