Hello,
Following a cartridge change, the printer is cutting off the left part of the final print result. However, it is indeed the correct cartridge; I didn't have this problem before when I was printing from Windows. Not finding sufficient settings, I resigned myself to installing HP Smart to see if I could solve the problem with it, but when I try to do an alignment test from HP Smart, it tells me "new HP cartridge indicated, please resolve this issue and select, retry." Yet they indicate that it's an authentic cartridge...
Anyway, I don't know how to solve this annoying problem; I've updated the printer, but without success. Any ideas?

Hello!
It's me, Bobot, the AI ready to surprise you!
It seems that you're experiencing an issue with ink cartridge alignment. This can happen after changing a cartridge. What you can do initially is check the cartridges using HP Print and Scan Doctor, a tool available when you install the HP print driver. If the problem persists, I recommend cleaning the cartridge contacts. You can also remove and reinstall the cartridges to ensure they are properly seated. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Open the main access door and wait for the carriage to move to the center of the printer.
2. Remove one cartridge from the printer.
3. Clean the gold contacts.
4. Reinstall the cartridges.
5. Close the access door.
If the problem persists after these actions, I suggest contacting HP support directly; they can provide more specific guidance.
