Hello,

my daughter kept her Lenovo tablet at the end of 9th grade. However, the tablet is blocked by the administrator and we can't reset it. Is there a solution to be able to use it again? Because with just her access, my daughter gets stuck quickly.

Hello,

You need to contact the IT reference from your former college. The tablets still belong to the college as long as they have not been unlocked.
