Black screen on my Lenovo tablet

Hello,
I have a Lenovo A7-3500 tablet with a 7-inch screen that was working perfectly until now.
It is stuck on a black screen. Turning it off or charging it doesn't help. However, when I connect it to my computer, I can access the memory and read my files...
Do you have a solution for this black screen????

I use apps, I play a few games, and I mainly use it to read and respond to my emails.
When it turned off, I was on Facebook Messenger...
