For the past two days, no messages have appeared on my Zimbra Free account and Free is not answering my inquiry....

Hello,

In the newsgroups, someone is reporting a failure of the zimbra101-e18 server since Friday.

You might depend on the same server (check in the message headers).

There is nothing else to do but wait for a return to normal.

This kind of incident unfortunately happens regularly and taints the reliability of Free mailboxes.

What is well conceived is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.

Hello,

Yesterday, on one of my Free accounts, access to Thunderbird, webmail, or Zimbra wasn't working, but it came back in the evening. Meanwhile, another account was functioning normally. So it must be failures on certain servers and not on all of them.

According to the latest news, the malfunction is due to a Crowdstrike outage.

Not all servers are impacted. I don't have any issues at the moment.
