Hello.

I have my Free messaging on my smartphone, under the MyMail app. Without me doing anything, I was forced to reconnect. But since then, the Trash has disappeared and is replaced by Trash. As a result, I can no longer throw useless emails in it.

However, on my PC, I can do it: everything is OK.

How can I get the Trash back in MyMail on my smartphone? I've read discussions on the subject, but each time, it's about the problem on PC...

I have, of course, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it doesn't help.

Can someone help me?

Here is the response sent by Bobot ;-)

"It seems that your MyMail application has updated the language settings to English. "Trash" is the English equivalent of "Corbeille". You can still throw your unwanted emails there. If you want it to go back to "Corbeille", try changing the language settings of your application. Generally, you need to go to the app settings, look for the language option, and change it to French. Sometimes, this can also be related to the language settings of your smartphone itself. Make sure that the main language of your smartphone is indeed French."

That seems simple. First of all, the phone settings are indeed in French.

So I would like to try to change the settings of the MyMail app... yes, but how? I can't find access to these settings...

So, I'm asking for a bit more help and I think I'll manage to get it done!

It seems that we have been on a new version since October 23rd. One might think that the problem comes from there.

Is there a way to re-download the previous version? And if so, how?
