Hello, when I go on Google to see the reviews and ratings of a restaurant or other places, I can no longer see the reviews tab appearing. This has been happening to me for several months now. However, I used to access it without any problem.

Does anyone have a solution to my issue?

Thank you

    Hello,

    No changes for me.

On computer, the "Reviews" tab is directly visible on the left.

On smartphone, you have to swipe up the bottom part of the screen to see the "Reviews" tab appear.

What is well conceived is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.

It writes this to me on the Google page of the site. We see the rating but no reviews. I am on an Android smartphone.

What I wrote in my response applies to Google Maps.

If I search using Google, like the search you did, I find the reviews at the top and also much lower on the page.

The browser I use is Chrome (on smartphone).

I think it's a settings issue with my phone because I can see the reviews without any problem on my computer.

Well, not for me, the reviews tab does not appear on Google via my phone.

      Try updating Google and Chrome.

You can also clear the cache of these apps. (In Settings > Apps)

I emptied the cache of these 2 applications and it's still the same.

I don't see where the problem lies.

You still have the option of using Google Maps. It should normally work.
