Unable to connect to Aliexpress

Hello

For the past few days, I've been trying to log into my Aliexpress account, and when I enter my credentials (email and password), I just end up on the homepage of the site, where my city is correctly displayed, but I am asked to log in again, countless times, without ever being able to access my account.

I can't even delete it, since I need to log in to do that.

I tried to ask my question via chat, but the answers are not personalized enough.

Is there an email address for Aliexpress France where I can explain my problem? If not, I will create a new account with my husband's email.
