Scratch on a water cooler

Hello, I received my water cooling but there are scratches on the water block. Is that serious? Could it affect the system’s operation?

Surely the traces of machining the piece, it’s finished more or less well depending on the marks.
Posting photos to see more closely because like this it’s impossible to tell.
Otherwise this trick I wrote ages ago is still valid, even for a water block.

Ah.... it's not normal for new hardware, but not too serious functionally, you can redo the finish by following the explanations in the link I put in my first reply.
Out of curiosity, what brand is it? you should file a complaint with them just in case..
