Ironclad v3 keyboard issue

Hello,

I recently bought an Iron Clad V3 mechanical keyboard (2 weeks ago), because I saw in various tests that it's a very good keyboard.

However, since yesterday, one key is not responding anymore, it's the "1&" key. I don't understand because there was no shock or anything, can someone shed some light on this?

Ps: the lights on the key are still working

    I have a Berserker right now and it’s definitely an excellent choice.

    Your switches are removable: try switching one out to see if the issue is with the PCB itself or the switch. A switch doesn’t cost much.

    Also, have you messed with the customization software? You might have assigned a different function to the key.

    The GAFAM don’t have oil but they have data!
