Colissimo parcel

Hello,
On July 2, I ordered a pair of shoes, the delivery time announced on the site is between 3 and 7 days. Up to that point, nothing unusual, plus I received an email with the Colissimo/La Poste tracking announcing the package's arrival on Tuesday, July 9, between 3 PM and 7 PM. And since then, it’s been chaos. First, it was not delivered on Tuesday, but I wasn't too worried about it. The tracking announced delivery for Wednesday, but with no time, then on Wednesday it announced delivery for Thursday again without a time. On Thursday, I decided to call 3631, they told me there was a problem with transit to the sorting center and that it would be delivered that very day without fail and that if it was not the case, I could call back. Of course, it was not delivered. I decided to call back, this time she told me the delivery person did not come by and that tomorrow, Friday, the package would be delivered without fail. Of course, today it’s the same story "it’s coming this afternoon, but we don't know when it will be delivered because the delivery person has several areas…” just blah blah basically. Also, since Thursday, so yesterday and today, it has been written as being prepared for delivery in the tracking and both nights I received the same email at about the same time: We are encountering a problem regarding the delivery of your Colissimo. Your package cannot be delivered today. Our teams are doing what is necessary to ensure its delivery as soon as possible. Knowing that on the tracking when it was for example Thursday night at 11:50 PM, it said delivery scheduled for Thursday so that makes no sense...
Meanwhile, I've written in, who responds super quickly but I can't take it anymore between customer service and tracking, I’m fed up and would like some clarifications, and that's why I'm writing to you. I'm very afraid of having lost my package and my money....
Thank you, have a nice evening!

Hello
If you are already in regular contact with the relevant customer service, we can't do anything more than they can. Even less so provide clarifications, the ccm forum has no access to any information, nor any control power.
Contact the seller if you haven't already, they are the one in charge and could obtain information or do something for you.
We don’t even know who the seller is, where the package originated, or where it's supposed to arrive.
Maybe someone will have more experience with the delivery drivers in your area, indeed.
Yes, I'm sorry, it's true that I wasn't specific enough. I'm in the eastern part of the Paris region in 93. The package, according to 3631, so the La Poste customer service would be at the delivery site: La Poste Colissimo Garonor. The package is coming from England since it comes from the Size? site. I'm wondering if it's customs, but why wouldn't customer service know? And I think it would be noted in the tracking, and I don't want to believe in something so simple; I'd rather tell myself it's lost.
Oh yes, that’s huge. 50 trains a day, one of the largest logistics hubs in existence, 580,000 expected packages. 60,000 a day just for the post, which is not the only one on site.
70 trucks leaving for final delivery (only for the post) starting at 6 am, loaded in less than an hour, the next 70 trucks immediately take over.
If it doesn’t say anything about reliability, we can say that you know how to organize yourselves around there!

Yes, that's for sure! Thank you very much for your reply anyway. But I would like to know, based on people's experiences or those who know a bit more, whether it smells like a lost package or if it's just taking a long time...
Thank you, have a good evening!
