Keyboard issue

Hello, my keyboard is in AZERTY and set to the French language.

But when I want to move forward using the Z key in (Roblox), it doesn't do anything and the keys are mixed up. Despite the settings telling me that Z is for moving forward.

This problem has been going on for several days since I cleared my cache.

I tried switching it to QWERTY. But it's when I want to type that the letters are mixed up.

I need help, please.
